Recommended PETG printing settings:

Printing temperature: 255–260 °C
Bed temperature: 65–75 °C
Printing speed: 40–250 mm/s
Heated chamber: not required

Cooling fan information:

PETG prints best with partial cooling. A fan speed of 30–60% is recommended.

Excessive cooling may reduce layer adhesion, while insufficient cooling may negatively affect surface quality. The right balance ensures good surface detail and strong adhesion between layers.

PETG is a strong, impact-resistant filament with low moisture sensitivity, making it an excellent choice for functional prints and mechanical parts.

Tips for achieving the best results:

If the filament has been stored in a humid environment, dry it at approximately 55–60 °C for 4–6 hours before printing.

Use a clean PEI or textured build surface for the first layer. PETG adheres strongly to build surfaces, so using a release layer, such as a glue stick, is recommended.
