TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) A93 is a flexible and wear-resistant 3D printing material that offers high elasticity, durability, and chemical resistance. It is widely used for functional parts that require flexibility and mechanical strength.

Main Properties of TPU A93 Plastic:

• High flexibility and elasticity: Allows for the production of flexible parts that can bend and stretch without breaking.
• Wear and abrasion resistance: Provides excellent durability, making it ideal for applications requiring long-term use.

• Diameter: 1.75 mm
• Weight: 1 kg net (without reel)
• Spool weight: 0.213 kg
• Printing temperature: 230°C – 240°C
• Bed temperature: 35°C – 45°C
• Printing speed: 15–30 mm/s
• Cooling fan: Recommended for better print quality and surface finish.
• Table adhesion: PEI sheet, blue painter’s tape, or glue stick to improve first-layer adhesion.
• Extruder type: A direct drive extruder is recommended for optimal feeding and print quality.

Post-Printing Processing:

• TPU can be cut, drilled, or glued using specialized adhesives.
• Material remains flexible after printing, making it easy to handle and use in functional applications.

Advantages Compared to Other Flexible Filaments:

• More durable and wear-resistant than softer TPU grades.
• Easier to print than very soft TPU (A85 or lower).
